ABOUT US
We accept into our church membership any person who both agrees with our core Christian beliefs and supports our practices and affirmations. We accept into our membership Christians from other denominations which have different practices. We do not require new members to be immersed believers but we do teach and practice believer’s baptism by immersion.
WE BELIEVE
-
The Bible is the inspired word of God written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is without error, relevant to our daily lives, and perfect in revealing God’s glory, will, character, and purpose for creation.
-
God is one and exists in eternity in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
-
Jesus Christ is Savior and King. He is fully human and fully God. He lived a perfect life on earth, died a substitutionary death on a Roman cross, rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father.
-
All humans fall short of the glory of God and need salvation from sin and death.
-
Eternal salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. It cannot be earned.
-
The Holy Spirit dwells in every believer and provides comfort, guidance, and power to become more like Christ in everyday life.
-
The Church is the body of Christ that includes Christians from every tribe, language, people, and nation. A local church is the visible expression of the body of Christ in a specific place and time and is made up of Christians who are committed to growing in faith together.
WE PRACTICE
As a local church, we PRACTICE
-
Believer’s baptism by immersion as a biblical response to the gospel message. We teach that baptism demonstrates our obedience in faith and represents our union with Christ in his death, burial, and resurrection.
-
The weekly observance of the Lord’s Supper. We eat bread that represents Christ’s broken body for us and drink juice that represents his spilled blood for us. We do this to remember him.
-
Church governance by a board of elders and deacons that is elected each December by E10 members at our annual congregational meeting. Those elected must be immersed believers and have been members at E10 for at least a year.
-
Preaching that puts the Bible at the center of every sermon, combined with down-to-earth, real life application.

WE AFFIRM
As Christians living in the United States at this social and cultural moment, we specifically AFFIRM:
-
Marriage is established and defined by God as a covenantal union between one man and one woman.
-
God creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON SUNDAY
We invite you to join us this Sunday! When you visit, you can expect to find a group of people who will love you and welcome you for who you are. You will see different types of people, from different walks of life. You will see children, teenagers, middle-aged folks, and elderly men and women. Some will be wearing coats and ties. Some will be wearing jeans. Come as you are, and see if this is the church home for you.
ENTRANCES
The Side Entrance is closest to the parking lot and is near our nursery and toddler areas.
The Lobby Entrance faces 10th Street and provides quick access to a ramp leading to the sanctuary.
The Front Entrance leads directly into the sanctuary.
Security is also a priority so some entrances may be locked or monitored by staff during service.

CHILDREN
We provide a safe, welcoming environment where kids can learn about Jesus at their level while you enjoy the worship service.
Nursery (ages 0–2) is available the BOTH services, and children can be dropped off directly in the nursery.
Full Children's Programming is available at the 10AM service. PreK and up begin in the Meeting Room on the first floor of the Education Building. From there, they are guided to their age-appropriate classes by our volunteers.
Classes are divided as follows:
• PreK (ages 3–5)
• Primary (K–1st grade)
• Junior Church (2nd–5th grade)

BEFORE WORSHIP
Worship services are held at 8:30 and 10:00 AM, with nursery and children’s programming available during the 10:00 AM service. Before each service, you’ll find people mingling and catching up. We’re known for our big hearts and welcoming arms—come early, meet new people, and be encouraged.
MUSIC
We usually use a piano and guitars to sing a mixture of contemporary songs and classical hymns. We typically sing three songs at the beginning of our service and one song at the end. Whether you're new to church or a long-time church goer, you'll appreciate the unique mixture our worship team provides.
